Ryan Edwards, the former Teen Mom OG reality star caught a small break in his most recent legal drama. Edwards theft charges have been dropped, however, he will remain behind bars for the next 70 days according to The Ashley.
Despite running out on a meager $36 bar tab, that is the least of the troubled reality star’s issues. Edwards received the bad news on Monday at the Hamilton County, Tennessee courthouse that he will not a free man again for quite some time.
Ryan’s latest arrest caused a violation to his probation that was handed down in 2017 following a heroin possession arrest. Edwards is next due in court on April 15 in Red Bank, Tennessee where it will then be determined if Ryan will remain behind bars. The current jail time will give both Ryan and his wife Mackenzie Edwards to think thru their next moves. Teen Mom fans are torn as to whether or not Mack will finally wise up and realize that Ryan’s problems run deep and if she will stay married to him, or head for the door.
Mackenzie and Ryan‘s parents have kept things very quiet since his January 24 arrest. Could be that they are all just finished making excuses and enabling Ryan over and over again. As previously reported Ryan Edwards shocked Teen Mom OG fans when he was filmed for the popular MTV reality series driving under the influence of drugs while transporting himself and Mackenzie to their wedding day location.
Edwards drug addiction issues have been a long running story line concerning his visitation with his son Bentley with Teen Mom OG star ex- Maci Bookout.
As to whether or not this will Ryan Edwards final rock bottom is unknown at this time, however, without an extensive rehab program and a rude awakening most Teen Mom OG fans remain doubtful.
