Sean Diddy Combs is finding out who his friends are not. The shamed rapper learned on Monday that his Hollywood celebrity party guests are doing everything they can to remain anonymous. Not only that, they have recently been given an offer they can’t refuse.
Attorney Tony Buzbee tells TMZ that he is swamped making deals with several big-name celebrities whose interaction with Sean Diddy Combs’ Freak Offs puts them in jeopardy. According to the attorney, he sent letters to the celebs on the list of potential suspects to offer them a one-time deal to settle with their alleged victims out of court.
He claims the letters let the celebs know they can keep their names out of the news and away from the courthouse if they are willing to pay some substantial hush money. In other words, they can save their necks if they pay up.
Buzbee states, “If you were there in the room, participated, watched it happen and didn’t say anything or helped cover it up, in my view, you have a problem,” the plaintiff’s lawyer said. “A lot of people saw this activity going on, a lot of people allowed it to go on, said nothing, didn’t intervene… all of these individuals and entities have exposure.”

It is no secret that celebrity news followers have been chomping at the bits. They were awaiting the release of the celebrity party guest lists. However, now they are completely furious to think that the rich will walk away scot-free just by writing a big check.
In other words, they can do it the easy way by paying out outrageous amounts of cash. Or they can do it the hard way, risking humiliation and likely cancellation. According to Buzbee, a significant number have already agreed to fork over serious amounts of cash to ensure their alleged dirty deeds and crimes go away.
He also says the first round of demand letters has already been sent out. Buzbee adds a harsh warning to those who choose to ignore the settlement option. He says he will aggressively pursue anyone who saw the alleged abuse occurring and failed to protect victims.
However, it is highly unlikely that any of the celebs will turn down the offer. “I was looking forward to seeing the Kardashians, Ashton Kutcher, and the high-profile names go down in flames,” one commenter writes. Another adds, “Justin Bieber needs to step up. He should take out everyone who allegedly abused and took advantage of him as a young teen. He needs justice,” adds another.
So far, nothing is set in stone. Just because one victim agrees to the payoff doesn’t mean they all will. This case is far from over and could take years to settle. But it will be interesting to see which known celebrities will start breathing a sigh of relief anytime soon.
