Shameless Season 11 spoilers are pointing to the possibility of a very sad ending for the Gallagher family. While it is true Shameless fans have not been too happy with the delay between new episodes.

Many feel the show will conclude with the demise of the family patriarch Frank Gallagher( William H. Macy). So far, Shameless fans have watched six new Season 11 episodes. In between the regular Season 11 episodes, there have been filler segments titled House of Shame.

The House of Shame segments have each focused on the biggest and most shameful recap moments in the lives of our favorite Gallaghers along with one dedicated to Kev and Vee.

Shameless Season 11: Will karma catch up to Frank Gallagher?

In all honesty, the filler segments have left fans with an unsatisfactory look down memory lane. That is until last Sunday’s House of Shame featuring Frank.

Interestingly it could be a look into the fate of Frank Gallagher. The episode started off with Frank passed out at the Albi. He is left there overnight. However, Frank awakes when he gets a visit from the ghost of his past, his dead father. Frank’s dad is played by Gary Busey.

The ghost proceeds to tell Frank he will be visited by two more ghosts. These visits are to show Frank the effects his behaviors and addictions have left on those closest to him.

Ghost number two is Mo White. The pedophile congressman that Frank helps get re-elected. Lastly, the third ghostly visitor is a grown-up Liam. This leads many to ask themselves about Liam’s fate also.

Bad things are coming for Frank on Shameless Season 11

Liam is there to tell Frank that he and the rest of the Gallagher clan have moved on in their lives without him and have all done quite well. Fans will remember in the episode “Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good….Eh, Screw It.”

There are clear signs that Frank Gallagher’s mental health is rapidly deteriorating and it is starting to frighten him. He ends up at the hospital for stitches and finds he has more to worry about than a possible concussion.

The doctor asks Frank some normal everyday questions and he is very confused and seems to not remember his last name among other things. The dr orders more tests. Frank is later seen at home looking sad, confused and heads out the door to sit on the steps alone.

Frank finds a paper in his coat pocket that reveals his current medical state.

This could very well be the beginning to the end of Shameless’ Frank Gallagher. Fans have wondered all along how the show would wrap up its final episode and now fear that it could be with Frank’s death.

Will the Gallaghers say goodbye to Frank?

Frank has spent the past ten seasons escaping death in some form more often than not. It could serve as a final karmic lesson for the head of the Gallagher family that in the end your demons and sins find their way back to you.

Should Frank Gallagher find his final moments upon him will he spend them alone, or will his family stand by his side one last time? Will Frank find himself on his deathbed attempting to make his final amends to his children? If so will Fiona make it back to Chicago in time for Frank to finally tell her how proud he is of her, and what a great job she did raising Lip, Ian, Debbie, Carl, and Liam?
