Sister Wives: Robyn Brown

Sister Wives: Robyn Brown Unable To Cope With Her New Reality

Sister Wives couple Robyn Brown and Kody Brown have difficulty adjusting to their new lives without former wives Christine Brown, Janelle Brown, and Meri Brown. Things are especially hard for Robyn, who can’t seem to get control of her emotions.

Sister Wives: Robyn Brown Mourns Loss of Co-Wives

The November 19th episode of Sister Wives shows how hard Robyn Brown is taking the demise of her plural marriage with Kody Brown and her former co-wives, Christine, Janelle, and Meri. She compares the breakdown of their marriages to death.

Robyn Brown says she doesn’t understand why everything fell apart. She wants nothing more than for her family to reconcile and go back to the life she once had. Her emotions are out of control. This week, Robyn loses control of her emotions again during a discussion about the family’s Coyote Pass property.

The Sister Wives star is heartbroken. She can’t handle the thought of living in a world with only Kody. “I’m looking down that mountain and thinking about when we came here, and we chose (it). All of us chose (it). We were so in love with this property and being together out here,” she says.

Broken Dreams & Promises

Following a tough conversation between Kody Brown, Robyn Brown, and Meri Brown, the lone wife of Kody breaks down and reveals why she is taking the breakup of her family so hard.

“I wanted to sit on a porch with my sister wives here on this property with our kids and our grandkids and Kody running around like he does and just look at that mound together and be a family,” she says while sobbing. The distraught wife adds, “I don’t understand. I don’t understand,” she adds. “My kids and I have felt like we got voted off the Brown family island,” she said.

Robyn Brown is not the only Sister Wives cast member who feels tossed aside. Meri Brown is also upset. But Kody has made it clear that he is not interested in carrying on a relationship with Meri.

Sister Wives: Meri Brown Demands Her Fair Share

While Robyn Brown is moping and crying over the relationship she will never have again, her former Sister Wives co-wife has a few concerns. Meri wants to know how Kody plans on divvying up the family assets.

Meri Brown makes an interesting point during Sunday night’s episode. She wants to know about an equal and fair division among the five spouses. She says the family’s assets should be split equally since they all contributed to the family pot.

However, Kody Brown has a different plan. He tells Meri of Sister Wives that Coyote Pass’ 14 acres will be divided as follows: he, Robyn, and Janelle will each receive 4 acres, and Meri will get two. This is upsetting to Meri, who says this doesn’t make sense.

She reminds Kody that she contributed to the purchasing of the land. Robyn Brown, who didn’t work, gets four acres, which doesn’t sit well with Meri. This is going to become a significant issue between the former spouses. But Kody tries to explain things to her using his Kody Brown logic.

Kody Tries To Talk Over TLC’s Meri

He reminds Meri Brown that they only have one child together, but he has 18 children. So, in his mind, it makes sense that she only receives a small portion of what the rest of them get. Of course, knowing that this issue causes more animosity within the family causes Robyn Brown even more heartache.

Kody Brown and his former Sister Wives continue to become very strained. Of course, Christine is over it and doesn’t want to deal with her ex or the family issues anymore. But for now, things between Janelle, Meri, Robyn, and Kody will continue to escalate. So, TLC viewers can expect more family drama and uncontrollable crying scenes with Robyn Brown.

Sister Wives airs Sunday nights on TLC.
