Snooki’s honeymoon following her recent wedding is not going quite as planned. New husband Jionni LaValle plead guilty to DUI charges on Monday.

The DUI charges are stemming from a August 7 arrest. Two other charges against LaValle, unsafe lane change and careless driving were dismissed in Monday’s court case.

Snooki’s new husband goes to court days after the wedding

Following Jionni’s plead the judge also ordered that Snooki’s husband will be suspended for 90 days, he also will have to spend 12 hours away from his new wife Snooki and two young children while he completes a drug and alcohol education class, and pay a $614 fine.

As previously reported, Nicole”Snooki” Polizzi married the love of her life and the father of her two children. Lorenzo, 2 and Giovanna, 2 months on November 29. The couple exchanged vows in front of family and Nicole’s Jersey Shore pals including Jenni “JWoww” Farley, who was also a bridesmaid, as well as Samantha “Sweetheart” Giancola and Deena Cortese and DJ Pauly D.

Snooki trusts her love with Jionni, ditches prenup

The couple also did not bother with signing a prenup before their big day. It is reported that Poliizi is worth millions that she earned from her reality shows “Jersey Shore” and “Snooki and JWoww,” as well as her line of tanning products, and apparel.

Since Snooki and Jionni reside in New Jersey, should the couple decide that marriage is not for them, a judge will have full power over deciding just how the couples assets will be split.

Lets hope that the New Jersey courts never have to deal with this, and Snooki and Jionni live happily ever after.
