The trailer for a brand new Star Wars show called Star Wars: Visions has finally arrived. This show will look into uncharted territory for Lucas Films as Visions brings the world of anime to Star Wars.

The collection of nine short Star Wars stories will air on Disney+ and will be all non-canon. “Visions employs the talents of seven acclaimed studios: Kamikaze Douga (Batman Ninja), Geno Studio (Golden Kamuy), Studio Colorido (Pokémon: Twilight Wings), Trigger (Promare), Kinema Citrus (Made in Abyss), Science Saru (Devilman Crybaby), and Production I.G (Ghost in the Shell),” reports Yahoo.

Since the stories are non-canon Disney has a lot of room to work with and a lot of room for amazing fights with some very powerful characters. Lucas Films is partnering with several of the best anime studios so that they can bring their unique style to the Star Wars galaxy.
