When Stranger Things first began, the core cast of kids took the entertainment world by storm. Fans immediately began to fall in love with the Hawkins crew. When speaking of Stranger Things cast members that fans love, it’s hard to ignore Joe Keery. The actor plays fan-favorite character Steve Harrington on the Netflix series. Although Steve’s Season 1 stock was a bit lower, after he became a core member of the group and someone that many viewers swooned over, it was easy to see that he was extremely popular among fans.

Steve’s charisma transferred over to Joe, and fans couldn’t get enough. They followed him on social media, and also began to look for his other work projects so that they could see more of him.

When Dacre Montgomery first showed up in Hawkins as Billy, the bad boy stepbrother of Max, fans went nuts. The character was complex and handsome and had a very real charm about him. Of course, viewers were saddened by Billy’s death but were thrilled to see him again in Season 4’s “Dear Billy” episode.

Interest in Dacre Montgomery began to grow thanks to Billy. Fans went wild over his bad boy look on the show, and his more clean-cut look in reality. His popularity quickly grew and viewers couldn’t get enough.

Jim Hopper is the ultimate Stranger Things dad. The character, played by David Harbour, has a heartbreaking story. He lost his daughter to cancer and later divorced his wife. When fans met Hopper he was popping pills and drinking far too much. However, upon meeting Eleven and taking her in, he completely changed. Hopper went into dad mode and really reinvented himself, causing viewers to fall hard for him.

Harbour is beloved as an actor. However, his personal life has also become interesting to fans. Over the years, he has dated famous women like actresses Alison Sudol and Julia Stiles, as well as comedian Maria Thayer (via The Things). Currently, he’s in a relationship with singer Julia Stiles.

Joseph Quinn won over Stranger Things fans as Eddie Munson

During Stranger Things Season 4, fans were introduced to a character named Eddie Munson. Actor Joseph Quinn portrayed the Dungeons and Dragons-loving, rock and roller and were immediately hooked. Eddie quickly became a huge fan favorite among viewers. His character was sweet, kind, funny, and very charming.

In reality, Joseph Quinn is also beloved by fans. After viewers watched Season 4, the actor’s fame quickly rose. During a fan event, Quinn was busy trying to connect with those vying for his attention when security scolded him. Later, fans gave the actor so much support and thanked him for loving his admirers.
