Speculation is circulating that the “Shake It Off” singer has found a new boyfriend in fan-favorite NFL player Travis Kelce. Does this mean that Swift has officially achieved WAG status? (A WAG is a term for wives and girlfriends of sports stars.)

Kelce has made it clear that he’s interested in Swift. After attending one of her Eras Tour concerts, he revealed that he made the singer a bracelet with his phone number on it. However, he was sad when he didn’t get to talk to her long enough to give her his digits. Meanwhile, his public dedication could have been just the thing to grab Swift’s attention.
According to Page Six, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are dating. The two have reportedly been spending time together, and fans are here for it. “Taylor and Travis have been quietly hanging out,” an insider told the outlet. “She saw him when she was in NYC a few weeks ago.”

Obviously, Taylor Swift is at the top of her game. She’s absolutely killing it with her sold-out Eras Tour concerts and the re-releases of her former albums. However, Travis Kelce is no slouch either. He’s a beloved NFL player who has two Super Bowl championships with his team, the Kansas City Chiefs.
Swift and Kelce are both very busy with their careers. However, the “Red” singer is no stranger to high-profile relationships with other stars. In the past, she’s dated men such as Taylor Lautner, Joe Jonas, Joe Alwyn, John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Harry Styles, and more. However, she’s never been romantically linked to an athlete. She tends to stray towards actors and musicians. Perhaps a football star is just what she needs.

After her split with longtime love Alwyn, Swift was briefly linked to the 1975 singer Matty Healy. However, that romance was said to be short-lived. For his part, Kelce has had a public relationship with Maya Benberry, whom he met on his reality TV dating series “Catching Kelce.” He also previously dated model and journalist Kayla Nicole, per Sports Keeda.
It has yet to be confirmed whether or not Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are dating. However, fans will be keeping an eye out for hints that the singer and the Super Bowl champ are cozying up.
