Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship hasn’t gotten the seal of approval from all of her friends. The couple have quickly become the most popular celebrity couple of the year. Fans have been going wild over the singer and the NFL tight end. Although fans may approve of the romance, it seems that some of Swift’s pals aren’t fully on board. One such friend is Gigi Hadid.
Gigi Hadid isn’t sold on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship
According to Us Weekly, Gigi Hadid isn’t sold on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s love story just yet. In fact, the model reportedly believes that Swift and Kelce may be doing too much too quickly.
“One of the reasons Gigi hasn’t attended any of Travis’ games is because she doesn’t agree with the way Taylor has been acting with [him],” an insider told the outlet. “She feels like Taylor is doing too much, too soon.”
The source went on to add that Hadid has nothing against Swift and Kelce’s relationship and wants her friend to be happy. She’s just a bit worried about the speed of the romance. Meanwhile, Hadid has recently entered into her own high-profile relationship with actor Bradley Cooper. The couple have been seen out in public several times and have been making headlines for their budding relationship.
Selena Gomez is also worried about Swift and Kelce’s romance
As previously reported by Hollywood News Daily, Gigi Hadid isn’t the only one of Taylor Swift’s famous friends to be a bit skeptical of her whirlwind relationship with Travis Kelce. Swift’s bestie, Selena Gomez, has also allegedly been vocal about the speed and intensity of the couple’s romance.
“Selena thinks Taylor going to games and galavanting through New York immediately after just meeting Travis is something that is very unlike her,” a source told Page Six. “Historically, Taylor’s always been super private about everything, and now with this [relationship], she’s so open about it that it’s just very odd for Selena.”
Of course, Gomez is no stranger to high-profile relationships. The “Only Murders In The Building” star had a highly-publicized relationship with Justin Bieber for years. She’s also dated other stars like The Weeknd.
Are Taylor and Travis endgame?
Perhaps Swift’s uncharacteristic behavior with Kelce means something greater. Could Kelce be the one for her? The pair have already sparked theories that a wedding is in the future. One talk show host claimed that she believes the pair are endgame as they seem locked in and very connected following the singer’s failed relationships with the likes of Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, Harry Styles, Joe Alwyn, and her other famous ex-boyfriends.
While Taylor Swift’s friends may be cautious, they do seem to have her best interest at heart. If Travis Kelce is the one for her, Gigi Hadid and Selena Gomez will likely be very supportive going forward.
