‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Leah Messer Reveals Airline Nightmare
The “Teen Mom” was very vocal on her upset over the incident, and even posted a photo of the very damaged wheelchair online. “This is despicable @united,” she wrote in the caption. “How can you destroy a child’s wheelchair and turn the other cheek. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Now I’m standing @flyohare HOPING I don’t miss my flight. As I am waiting for her wheelchair to be transported to our plane.”

During last season of “Teen Mom 2,” fans watched as Leah Messer struggle with the process of replacing Ali’s wheelchair, which was not only emotionally stressful, but also financially stressful as well.
Later, Messer revealed that she got a call from United Airlines and that they have offered to take care of everything. “I am so thankful” she revealed. The airline even tweeted Leah saying they were “glad the situation is being rectified,” and wished the “Teen Mom” star and her family the best.
@TM2LeahDawn Leah, we’re glad the situation is being rectified . Best wishes to your family. ^JR

However, with the good also comes the bad. Online haters began to flood Leah’s social media with comments about how things like the wheelchair damage happens, and stated that just because she believes she’s famous doesn’t meant that she should get special treatment.
In this case, we’d say Leah had a definite right to be upset, and we’re glad that Ali’s wheelchair is going to be repaired, especially with the new school year starting soon.
