‘Teen Mom’ Chelsea Houska weight loss secrets revealed

Chelsea’s been working on her fitness multiple times a week and juicing to stay fit and trim. “[She] goes to the gym 4-5 times a week. She loves kickboxing, cardio, and weight-lifting,” a friend of the 22-year-old cosmetologist told Radar Online.

The “Teen Mom” has been busy parenting daughter Aubree, but makes time for fitness classes at a local center in her native Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

In addition to all the exercise, Chelsea Houska been eating clean. “Chelsea cooks nutritious meals for herself and Aubree. She makes veggie juice every morning. And little Aubree loves her broccoli!” the source revealed of the MTV star, who recently bought her own 4-bedroom home.

Fans love all the progress that Chelsea Houska is making, and she is the only girl from the “Teen Mom 2” cast that hasn’t had a second pregnancy, as Leah and Kailyn have children with their husbands, and Jenelle Evans is currently pregnant.
