Jenelle Evans continues to face a stressful and scary situation concerning her son, Jace Evans. As previously reported, Jenelle was forced to report her 14-year-old son missing for the third time in the past month.
On Thursday night, around 8 p.m., Jenelle Evans was forced to call North Carolina law enforcement agents for the third time to report her 14-year-old son, Jace Evans, missing. According to TMZ reports, the troubled teen crawled out of his bedroom window and ran off into the night.
Fortunately, according to Jenelle’s recent TikTok, Jace was located on Friday after missing for nearly 24 hours. She states in her video that her son was found safe. However, the relieved mother did not go into many details.

New details have recently unfolded, revealing that even though Jace Evans was found, he has not returned to the custody of his mother. Instead, The Ashley reports that sources close to the situation have revealed that Jace has been hospitalized.
The celebrity blog also states that authorities from various agencies, including CPS, have stepped in and are now handling the situation.
Jace’s Rebellious Acts a Cry For Help?
“Teen Mom” alum Jenelle Evans wanted to clarify to her followers that Jace’s running away from home has nothing to do with herself or her husband, David Eason. Instead, she states that the teenage boy’s rebellious behavior stems from his relationship with his girlfriend.
Jenelle also asks for privacy for herself and her family. She states, “The public has no idea what’s going on, and it’s going to stay that way.” The Ashley also reports that Jenelle’s mom and Jace’s grandma, Barbara Evans, were spotted entering a North Carolina hospital on Saturday.
Of course, “Teen Mom” followers have plenty of opinions and feelings on the matter. The comments left on The Ashley post say a lot. Many feel there is legitimate cause for concern for Jace Evans.
There has reportedly been a lot of major drama going down between Jenelle Evans and her mother, Barbara Evans. But as most “Teen Mom” followers know, this is nothing new. The two have a complicated and stressful relationship.

Per The Sun, Jenelle was furious at her mother after she spoke out publicly about Jace’s situation. The Teen Mom star stated that her mother was causing her a lot of “emotional distress.” However, Barb claims that Jenelle is responsible for Jace Evans recent behavioral issues.
She accused Jenelle of stopping Jace’s ADHD medication, which he had been taking for a number of years. Barb also alleges Jenelle had stopped Jace’s appointments with a behavior specialist. Jenelle told the outlet then: “Barbara doesn’t have any idea what is going on inside my home.”
