Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans is sighing in relief after her teenage son Jace Evans went missing earlier this afternoon. The frantic mother reported her 14-year-old son missing around 2:45 pm on Tuesday. He was last seen leaving his school wearing a gray sweatshirt.
Jace Evans, who was listed as a runaway, has been located and reported safe. A full search was conducted by the Brunswick County, North Carolina Sheriff’s Department this afternoon after the Teen Mom alum called for help in locating her son late this afternoon.

New reports from TMZ reveal that Jenelle Evans is happy to report that Jace is back at home and safe and sound. Jenelle tells the entertainment outlet that she had taken away his cell phone after he ran into trouble at school.
Jenelle says that Jace doesn’t agree with his punishment and decides to run off, giving his mom and family quite a scare. “As a boy mom, kids can act up and rebel, as I’m sure the majority of us all did as kids too.”

Jenelle told the website’s reporters that “Jace is a good kid and we’re not dealing with anything that most families don’t deal with while raising children. This has absolutely nothing to do with my situation with David. We do not argue in front of our children or fight in front of our kids. This is a teenage boy being a teenager mad that we decided to take away his phone.”
It is unclear at this time where Jace was located. However, many Teen Mom news followers think Jenelle is seemingly talking in circles to the press. For those who may not know, last week, Jenelle lashed out at her spouse David Eason in a lengthy FaceBook post blaming him for her depression.
