It appears as if Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe Giudice is soon to be deported to Italy and Teresa is taking all the necessary steps to obtain all the legal paperwork she will need beforehand to make sure she retains full custody of the couple’s underage daughters. The celebrity news site claims that they have learned from a source That at this time Tre is working closely with family members to arrange proper visitation schedules between Joe and the girls for future visits.
Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and 10-year-old Audriana are heartbroken that their father, who has been in prison for fraud over the past few years will soon be forced out of their lives once again and deported to Italy. Joe Giudice, 46, hasn’t given up his fight yet, and continues to is still desperately fight his deportation to Italy, despite his appeal denial back on April 11.
However, Teresa has made it very clear to Joe that she is not willing to uproot the girls and herself from their lives to relocate to Italy with him.
