Ted and his friends makes us laugh, cry, and leave us wanting more in the comedy series that captured everyone’s hearts with its unique writing and plot.

Bates Motel: As a prequel to Alfred Hitchcock’s “Psycho,” fans get to see the early life of Norman Bates growing up with a very overprotective mother, Norma Bates, but finding it very difficult to step out from under his mother’s thumb. This show can get pretty dark, which viewers will see right off the bat in the pilot.
9. Friday Night Lights: Texas forever! The series follows a high school football team in the small town of Dillon, Texas after the star quarterback is tragically and forever injured during the first game of the season. The team, town, coach, and all those involved pick up the pieces and learn how to live with a new reality.

One Tree Hill: Take a trip to Tree Hill, North Carolina where the Ravens basketball team endures some serious drama with Lucas Scott is asked to be apart of the team, which consists of his half-brother, Nathan Scott. Lucas and Nathan share a father whom abandoned Lucas as a baby, and the history between their two families coupled with the intense basketball rivalry and Lucas’ poetic nature make for an amazing series.
7. Scandal: Olivia Pope is a fixer. She fixed President Fitzgerald Grant’s campaign, and countless high profile client’s serious problems. However, Olivia’s own life is a mess. She’s in love with the President of the United States, has a very crazy family dynamic, and the most stressful job there is. Liv always finds a way to “handle” whatever problems come at her, but her own life is a much different story.
6. Grey’s Anatomy: Come visit the doctors at Seattle Grace Hospital. Dr. Meredith Grey is new on the job, but she’s already made a huge mistake, she’s had sex one the hot doctor who is her superior. The drama at the hospital doesn’t end with the patients in this fan favorite series.
5. Sons of Anarchy: Jax Taylor has a complicated life. He’s an outlaw that’s a part of the Sons of Anarchy motorcycle club. The club has some shady business dealings going on, big time drama, and serious enemies to contend with. Orange is the New Black: This Netflix original series follows a young woman named Piper as she turns herself in to serve a prison sentence that was handed down to her for helping her ex-girlfriend, Alex, traffic drugs one time. Inside the walls of the women’s prison is an array of characters, all of whom have very interesting stories and backgrounds. The gritty series shows what goes on behind the bars, and behind the criminals.
