The Haunting Of Hill House Cast Reunite For Intense & Spooky Series

“The Haunting of Hill House” is still a beloved spooky series among fans. Now, the cast, along with actors from its series series “The Haunting of Bly Manor” are reuniting. The gang will get together again for a brand new terrifying project on Netflix. This time around, filmmaker Mike Flanagan is adapting one of Edgar Allan Poe’s gothic horrors, “The Fall of the House of Usher.”

Fans who wanted “The Haunting” series’ will recognize many cast members including Kate Siegel, Rahul Kohli, Carla Gugino, Samantha Sloyan, T’Nia Miller, Henry Thomas, and Annabeth Gish. However, other noteworthy cast members include Zach Gilford (Friday Night Lights, The Midnight Club), Bruce Greenwood (Gerald’s Game, Double Jeopardy), Frank Langella (Dracula, Draft Day), and Mark Hamill (Star Wars).

According to Entertainment Weekly, the story will focus on the Usher family, who find themselves embattled in a struggle for power and money. “Ruthless siblings Roderick and Madeline Usher have built Fortunato Pharmaceuticals into an empire of wealth, privilege, and power. But past secrets come to light when the heirs to the Usher dynasty start dying at the hands of a mysterious woman from their youth,” the synopsis reads.

For her part, Siegel has admitted that “The Fall of the House of Usher” will include plenty of gore and scary moments, revealing that it’s truly scary. “The Fall of the House of Usher is a bombastic, chaotic evil mess. It’s buckets of blood. It’s so much fun to do,” she told Inverse. “The characters are all turned up to 11, and it’s like nothing anyone has ever seen. But something kind of lurching and evil is making its way through all of us,” the actress added.

Kate Siegel and Mike Flannagan make a great team

Meanwhile, some fans may not know that Kate Siegel and Mike Flannagan are married and often collaborate together on projects. They even wrote the script for the film “Hush” together, and she’s acted in several of his films and TV shows such as “The Haunting of Hill House” and “The Haunting of Bly Manor.”

Together, the couple make a great team and are dedicated to giving fans some seriously scary entertainment. Their collaborations have been epic. Meanwhile, fans can’t wait to see more in “The Fall of the House of Usher.” The show comes to Netflix just in October. It will be available just in time for spooky season.
