With the release of a new The Mandalorian Season 3 trailer, we get to see what new adventure Din and Grogu will be on. With Season 3 of The Mandalorian set to release on February 1st, In the past few days we got some new art as well as a trailer.
The new poster is everyone’s favorite father-son duo in Star Wars as they take flight. Din is holding baby Grogu as they sore on his jet pack. You can see the new poster as linked here via The Mandalorian on Twitter.
The Mandalorian Season 3 will take place after the events of The Book Of Boba Fett. After Grogu decided to leave Luke Skywalker and his Jedi training behind he has chosen to become a Mandalorian. It seems that this season will focus on Din Djarin being exiled from his clan for removing his helmet in front of Grogu.
A Long Journey Ahead
Din will now have to travel to Mandalore. This is the homeworld of all Mandalorians. Mandalore was unfortunately destroyed by the Empire in The Night Of A Thousand Tears. Now Mandalore is uninhabited.
It will be a long journey to Mandalore for Din and Grogu. The Mandalorian Season 3 seems to be following that journey. With Din Djarin also controlling the legendary Darksaber, he has the right to lay claim to the Mandalorian throne. As said by Polygon.com. It seems that Bo-Katan will have something to say about that though. Bo-Katan even since The Clone Wars has wanted to rule Mandalore.
Will other Mandalorians begin to follow Din and his foundling or will they side with Bo-Katan? It is sure to be very interesting to that dynamic between two very well-known characters in the Star Wars galaxy. Is everything leading up to yet another Mandalorian civil war? Only time will tell as the hype is at an all-time high.
Is Grogu A Clone?
In the new trailer, we see Din and Grogu flying through an intense thunderstorm. A storm one might see on the cloning world of Kamino. Could this be a hint that Grogu is in fact a clone of the legendary Jedi Grand Master Yoda?
There are so many unanswered questions. Hopefully, The Mandalorian Season 3 will answer some of these big mysteries. The Mandalorian Season 3 is set to release on February 1st on Disney Plus. Fans around the world can not wait to see Din Djarin and Grogu back in Action once again!
