Mando Season 3 trailer

The Mandalorian Season 3: Why Are Fans Complaining?

The Mandalorian Season 3 is in full swing, but why are some fans complaining? Mando Season 3 has been one of the most anticipated shows on Disney Plus. Unfortunately, now that it is here ratings have been way down compared to the first two seasons. According to ScreenCrush.com, fans have had many complaints so far this season. The most obvious one is the length of the episodes.

What Is Happening To Mando?

So far The Mandalorian Season 3 has had episodes run as long as an hour. The problem fans have is that there is no consistency for the run times. The fans feel if the season is only going to be eight episodes long that they should all have a run time of at least one hour.

Another, and arguably the most important complaint fans have with this season is that the story can be slightly confusing. Some of the best aspects of the past seasons of The Mandalorian was that it brought in the casual viewer. Of course, hard-core Star Wars fans will not find the story confusing, but casual fans will.

The Mandalorian Season 3 has been showing a lot of Bo-Katan. If you have watched Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels you already know Bo-Katan’s story. You know who Death Watch is and why the Darksaber is so important. Bo-Katan’ds story was told through about eight episodes of a seven-season tv series. Not to say that The Mandalorian doesn’t have a good story because many fans believe it does. On the other hand, It is understandable why the casual Star Wars fan would be slightly confused.

Fans Just want Consistency

Season 3 of The Mandalorian still has four episodes left. There is still one very important unanswered question. Who did the Tie Interceptors and bombers that attacked Bo-Katan and Din Djarin belong to? Many believe that it could be the work of Grand Admiral Thrawn. It would be a great tie into the Ahsoka show as well as setting up the next big villain in the galaxy.

As for the recent complaints regarding The Mandalorian Season 3, these last four episodes need to right the ship or Disney could have some issues with pushing other shows. Fans are sick of below-average Star Wars content and want some more consistency. If Disney doesn’t want another Sequel Trilogy situation they really need to get it together and start delivering quality content. As for now, The Mandalorian Season 3 is streaming on Disney Plus.
