The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 4? Fans of the book series may think that it’s impossible for the series to continue past Season 3. However, it’s not. There is a great possibility that the show could return for a fourth season, and we’re breaking it down for you. Warning: There are book spoilers below!
During the first two seasons of the series, fans were introduced to Belly Conklin (Lola Tung), Conrad Fisher (Christopher Briney) and Jeremiah Fisher (Gavin Casalegno). Belly had been in love with Conrad for most of her life. However, she also started to have romantic feelings for his brother and her best friend, Jeremiah. In the Season 2 finale, Belly finally decides to officially move on from Conrad and look toward the future with Jeremiah. However, fans of the books know it won’t be that easy for the characters.
Will The Summer I Turned Pretty have a Season 4?
The third book in “The Summer I Turned Pretty” series has a big time jump, where Belly and Jeremiah are still happily dating and in college. The two are in a serious relationship. However, things go south for them. Because of everything that happens, there is a way to separate the third book into two seasons, giving the show a Season 4.
Season 3 could focus on Belly and Jeremiah’s relationship and their time in college. It can also show everything that Conrad has been doing since saying goodbye to Belly. The trio’s stories with support from the other characters like Stephen, Taylor, Laurel, Skye, and Cam could fill out an entire season.
How TSITP could expand the story for an additional season
Meanwhile, “The Summer I Turned Pretty” Season 4 could potentially focus on Belly and Jeremiah’s engagement and breakup. Of course, leading into Belly’s romantic reunion with Conrad. The season could also go more in-depth into where the characters end up. Does Jeremiah find true love? Are Stephen and Taylor end game? Does Cam achieve his career goals? How does Laurel move on from Suzannah’s death?
There is so much to unpack for Belly, Conrad, Jeremiah, and the rest of the characters. While Season 3 will likely be the last for “The Summer I Turned Pretty” on Amazon Prime, many fans would likely love to see Season 4 as well.
