“The Summer I Turned Pretty” Season 3 will (hopefully) be released in 2024 following the recent Hollywood strikes. Of course, fans can’t wait to see how it all ends up between Belly, Conrad, and Jeremiah. Book fans know how the novels end. However, TV tends to change things up and alter storylines. So, anything is possible. However, there are some major questions that we’ll need answered before the series finale of the beloved show.
The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3: What we want to see
At the end of Season 2, fans watched Belly officially choose to leave her love for Conrad behind and pursue a romance with his brother, Jeremiah. Belly and Jeremiah rode off into the sunset as she rejoined her high school volleyball team and her new boyfriend looked on. Belly was ready to start her senior year of high school and Jeremiah was off to college. Meanwhile, Conrad was set to pack up and head to Stanford.
While Belly and Jeremiah are in their little love bubble, fans will want to see what Conrad’s life is like. How does Stanford go for him? Does he date anyone? Is he haunted by his love for Belly? Is his mental health okay?
Meanwhile, viewers will likely also want to see a glimpse into the future. When all is said and done, and Belly is finally comfortable with her choice between Conrad and Jeremiah, what does her future entail? Does she become a wife and mother? What career path does she choose?
Will Laurel get her happy ending?
“The Summer I Turned Pretty” Season 3 should also give Belly’s mother, Laurel, a happy ending. Whether she and Cleveland get back together or she finds someone new. Laurel has been through a lot with her divorce and the loss of her best friend, Suzannah. She deserves to be happy and in love. So, let’s see it play out.
Give us more Steven and Taylor!
Of course, everyone’s favorite supporting couple, Steven and Taylor, need closure as well. Do they make it after Steven heads off to college? Are he and Taylor endgame? If so, we need a future scene with their characters as well.
There is so much more to unpack during Season 3 of “The Summer I Turned Pretty.” Fans can’t wait to see it all unfold when the show returns to Amazon Prime. Currently, there’s no official date. However, fans will be keeping an eye out for all the latest updates.
