“The Summer I Turned Pretty” has completely captivated fans. The teen drama series has stolen the hearts of millions and has everyone wondering if Belly will choose Conrad or Jeremiah. During Season 1, it was clear the Belly only had eyes for Conrad. However, in Season 2, Belly’s focus shifted to Conrad’s younger brother Jeremiah. With all the back and forth of the love triangle, it’s understandable to want spoilers.

“The Summer I Turned Pretty” viewers have likely chosen whether they’re on Team Conrad or Team Jeremiah. Both of the Fisher brothers are appealing in different ways, but only one can win Belly’s heart for good. Although Belly loves both brothers deeply, it’s always been Conrad for Belly. Fans who have read the book series know that Belly and Jeremiah do begin to date and actually enter into a very serious relationship. However, the unthinkable happens.
The Summer I Turned Pretty Spoilers Reveal Belly’s True Love
After years of loving Belly and spending time by her side at college, Jeremiah strays from the relationship. While technically he and Belly were on a break (Ross and Rachel style), Belly was devastated upon learning of Jeremiah’s infidelity. The two try to work things out, and even get engaged for a brief period of time. However, they simply can’t make it work.

Meanwhile, Conrad stands by and watches the woman he loves fall deeper and deeper for his brother. After Belly and Jeremiah split, she and Conrad eventually find their way back to each other. When they’re older things are easier for Belly and Conrad, and the two end up together. They even get married at the end of the book series. As for Jeremiah, he attends their wedding with an unnamed date.
Will the show follow the book series?
Although in their younger years, Jeremiah seemed like the better choice for Belly, things change. As she got older she realized that it had always been Conrad she was meant to be with. Of course, that didn’t take away any of the love she felt for Jeremiah.
It seems that “The Summer I Turned Pretty” series will stay true to the book series and likely end with Belly and Conrad together. However, the show could decide to shake things up and change the ending. Who knows? While most fictional love triangles have a clear winner, there are always times when the underdog gets the girl.
