The Vampire Diaries season 6 spoilers: Will Damon become human?
The biggest spoiler for the upcoming season may be that Damon Salvatore will not only return to the land of the living, but that he’ll come back as a mortal human being.

The Vampire Diaries would totally turn things around in season 6 if Damon were to become a human and Elena was the vampire. Damon has not been human in over a century, and it would take a lot of time, and likely hardship, for him to adjust to being a living, breathing human again.

However, if Damon were to return to his human form that means that his whole demeanor could change, as his emotions and feelings won’t be so easily turned off.
