A newly released deleted scene from The Walking Dead season 3 is very interesting, as it shows Rick coming face to face with his late wife, Lori, as a walker!
The Walking Dead deleted scene: Rick sees Lori as a walker!
Rick was nearly destroyed when Lori died giving birth to their daughter, Judith, inside the walls of the prison, and was eaten whole by a walker.
Carl was forced to put a bullet in his mother’s brain so that she wouldn’t re-emerge as a walker, but in Rick’s grief stricken mind after Lori’s death, he saw her as a zombie.
We’re not sure why this amazing scene wasn’t included in season 3, as we got to see Hershel’s zombie head in season 4, but we’re glad it’s been released for us to enjoy now.
The Walking Dead season 5 to air this October
This scene definitely helps hold us over until The Walking Dead season 5 returns to AMC this October, but we’re already dying (pun intended) for more details on Terminus, and our favorite group of zombie apocalypse survivors!
