“The Young and the Restless” fans will find this fall spoiler interesting. Romance is in the air for two of Genoa City’s young residents. The latest predictions indicate that Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) finds herself ready to move on from her cheating spouse, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor.)
During Summer’s recent heart-to-heart with her grandma Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), she informs her she is over Kyle and has hired divorce attorney Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) to get the ball rolling.
Y&R’s Summer Kicks Off Fall With a New Love Interest
Kyle’s betrayal left Summer with quite a sting, but she feels ready to end this chapter of her life and start the next. Of course, it wouldn’t hurt if she had someone to spend some time with to help ease the sting of her divorce. Lately, she has had her eye on Chance Chancellor (Conner Ford.) Things are slowly but surely starting to heat up between them, so don’t be too surprised if you see this pair hook up and even take things to the next level as fall gets underway.
Of course, there could be one small problem. Chance is currently involved with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). However, according to Celebrating the Soaps, if he gets the warm fuzzies for Y&R’s Summer, he will likely send Sharon packing. But you know that won’t be an easy ending, and it will cause some major friction between Summer and Sharon.
Y&R fans know Sharon will not take Summer stepping in on her man lightly. So, there will be some interesting threats and a possible catfight before she gives up. This won’t be the only relationship shakeup this fall in Genoa City.
Danny Romalotti Arrives in Town To Stir up Drama on The Young and the Restless
Hollywood News Daily recently shared that the “Young and the Restless” fan favorite Michael Damian will reprise his role as Danny Romalotti beginning on September 28. Fans are excited to hear that Damian will return for an extended stay.
But what will Danny’s return mean for his past love interests? Danny has some unfinished business he needs to tend to while he is in town. One thing that will likely be on top of his list is a serious conversation with Phyliss Summers. But this may only bring back old feelings for her.
He is still pretty angry with her over faking her death. They never really hashed things out completely, so it would be the perfect time to close that chapter for him while he is in town. But, you know the famous rockstar will not land in town without stirring up a lot of old feelings with a few of his exes.
Odds are that “The Young and the Restless” star will meet with the love of his life, Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell). Old feelings never really die; a certain spark will not take much to unite between the former flames.

With her on-screen husband Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) being written off the show, this will open the door for the relationship reunion of Danny and Christine. Fans have been calling for it for quite some time, and now it looks like everything is pointing towards that reunion. It is looking like quite an exciting Fall for the “Young and the Restless” fans.
