The obsessed allegedly started after both Cruise and Pitt appeared in Super Bowl commercials. Pitt was praised for his good looks in his ad spot. However, Cruise had fans talking about his changing face.

He generally ignores rivals, but Brad has always stuck in his craw as this self-appointed Hollywood golden boy. It irks him that Brad somehow managed to age better. Meanwhile, Cruise and Pitt’s rivalry isn’t just about their looks. The two men have allegedly been feuding for decades. Yahoo previously reported that Brad was “bugged” by Tom’s personality while working together. Pitt previously revealed that he even began to “resent” the actor.
In 2024, Tom was noticeably absent from the British Grand Prix and it was rumored to be because of Brad’s presence at the event. While they don’t say much about their rivalry in the public, it seems that they’re known for steering clear of one another. They allegedly don’t want to bump into each other for an awkward encounter.
It doesn’t seem that fans will see Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt starring together in another movie in the future. The two men appear to be too different. While Cruise may want to emulate Pitt’s aging tactics, he allegedly wants nothing else to do with his former co-star.
