Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian are just days away from welcoming their first child together. The reality star and the Blink 182 drummer’s pregnancy has been documented on social media and their TV series. Recently, Barker opened up about his wife’s pregnancy and even confirmed the name of their unborn baby boy.
Travis Barker confirms Kourtney Kardashian baby name is Rocky Thirteen Barker
During an appearance on the “One Life One Chance” podcast with Toby Morse, Travis Barker revealed that he’s close to meeting his new addition. During the interview, the drummer admitted that he and Blink 182 are heading to Hawaii to do a benefit, and that it’s also the same week that his son is due. In addition, Barker confirmed that he and Kourtney Kardashian’s son will be named Rocky Thirteen Barker.
“Rocky Thirteen Barker,” Barker said. “Such a hard name, man,” Morse replied. “I was like he’s going to come out of…my wife doing front kicks and push-ups…” Barker joked. “That’s such a great name,” added Morse, who also asked when the baby was due. “Halloween,” Barker shared. “I know. It’s either Halloween or like, the first week of November,” Barker added.
What’s the meaning behind Travis and Kourtney’s baby name?
Earlier this year, Travis Barker revealed his choice for baby name while doing an interview for Complex with his daughter, Alabama Barker. The two talked about possible names for the drummer’s unborn baby with Kourtney Kardashian, and the musician revealed that he was stuck on Rocky Thirteen.
“I like Rocky 13,” Barker told his daughter. “That’s so bad!” said Alabama. “That’s this name that’s just been going through my head lately,” Barker continued. “So you’re going to name your kid Rocky 13?” Alabama asked. “Possibly,” he replied. The Blink 182 member went on to reveal why he likes the name so much. “Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies, and 13 is just the greatest number of all time,” he explained.
Fans can’t wait to see Kourtney and Travis’ baby boy
Travis and Kourtney haven’t been very secretive about their baby boy’s name. In addition to Barker talking about it during interviews, there were other clues. At Kardashian’s Disney-themed baby shower, fans spotted the name Rocky on the decorations.
Fans are now eagerly waiting for the announcement that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have welcomed a healthy baby boy. Especially after the couple confirmed that the reality star had to have emergency fetal surgery to save their son over the summer.
