True Blood fans are reeling from the latest death on the show. In episode 1 Tara was killed, and in Sunday’s episode 3, hunky werewolf Alcide died, but it’s all part of a bigger plan.

While fans waited for Sookie and Alcide to get their chance at love, they finally did, only for it to be taken away when Alcide was shot and killed. However, this paves the way for a Sookie and Bill reunion in the final season.

How many more True Blood deaths will fans see in season 7? It’s hard to say, but fan favorite Eric Northman also looks to be on his death bed, as he’s contracted the Hep-V virus. Meanwhile, Arlene, Nicole, and others are still being held at Fangtasia.

Does this mean Bill and Sookie will get back together?

It seems that Alcide had to die so that Bill and Sookie could reunite. Although, their lives are also in jeopardy, it is the last season after all.
