Actor Val Kilmer’s health has friends and fans very concerned about his health. The “Batman Forever” star was recently spotted at a Los Angeles airport looking extremely frail and wearing a surgical mask according to recent reports.
Val Kilmer’s health, appearance sparks concern
As previously reported Val Kilmer has been battling cancer for the past three years. The star had attempted to keep his condition hidden from the public only recently coming forward and admitting his illness. Val Kilmer’s health issues are mounting, according to his close pals he seems to be growing weaker and weaker. Some even fear that Kilmer’s esophageal cancer may have even now spread to his brain.
Changes after cancer
Kilmer has lost a considerable amount of weight during his illness and has trouble speaking. These days Val rarely wants to go out according to reports, and when he does he walks hunched over and covered behind masks, scarfs, and hats.
Considering the 2018 flu outbreak and the Val Kilmer‘s weakened condition, the actor could very well just be taking extreme measures to protect his delicate immune system from the potential deadly flu and virus germs. This year’s flu season is no joke and has resulted in numerous death across the country. Medical professionals across the country continue to strongly urge those without flu shots to get them and use preventive and cautionary tactics in attempt to avoid the virus.
In December, Val Kilmer opened up about his cancer fight, revealing how the diagnosis changed his entire outlook on life. “I was too serious,” Kilmer told The Hollywood Reporter of his career before cancer. “I’d get upset when things like Oscars and recognition failed to come my way.”
Today Val claims he focuses on his health and the important things in life and living and spending time with his family and friends. Things have been hard for Val over the past few years, we continue to wish him the best as he continues his health issues.
