Ethan Plath of Welcome to Plathville appears to have been in hot water with the law. New reports reveal that the TLC reality star has pleaded guilty to breaking the law. So what exactly is the eldest Plath sibling guilty of?
According to reports from The Sun, Ethan Plath has been convicted of a petty misdemeanor. Following his move to Minnesota, the TLC reality star soon found himself in trouble with the local officials.
Court documents obtained by the publication reveal that last March, the Welcome to Plathville star was charged with “failure to pay for parking.” by the Minneapolis Park Police Department. Ethan appeared in court in June, pleading guilty to the crime. The reality television personality reportedly paid off four separate charges for $144.

This is not Ethan’s first run-in with the law. In the past, the car enthusiast was pulled over in his 1987 Dodge Ram while driving in Georgia. He was ticketed for driving with a suspended vehicle registration and no proof of insurance. The Welcome to Plathville cast member was also stopped in 2018 for a speeding violation and ordered to pay a $150 fine. Ethan’s legal issues have not been too serious, but some fans are concerned they see a darker side of the reality star emerging.
