Kristin Cavallari was photographed in Chicago over the weekend, and the paparazzi caught her kissing a brand new man, comedian Jeff Dye. The make out session comes just six months after the former Laguna Beach star announced her split from longtime husband, ex-NFL quarterback Jay Cutler.

Fans were a bit surprised to see Cavallari and Dye getting so close while spending time some time at a bar in The Windy City. Especially, since the reality star claimed to be happily single just last month.
“I’m not interested in anybody right now. I’m happy. I just got out of a 10-year relationship,” she said in September. “I don’t really want to put energy into anything else right now, other than my kids and Uncommon James and my friends,” the former The Hills star stated, per People.
So, if Dye looks familiar to fans, it may be because he’s been in the TV game for quite sometime. He’s appeared on shows such as Last Comic Standing, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and was even a guest judge on The Masked Singer. He has also been seen on American Ninja Warrior: Celebrity Edition and Lip Sync Battle.
Dye also hosts his own comedy podcast. During the episodes he interviews celebrities, athletes, musicians, and others that he finds interesting.
Dye’s dating history
Before locking lips with Cavallari, Dye was romantically linked WWE superstar Becky Lynch. The pair dated back in 2018 before she moved on to fellow wrestler Seth Rollins. In August of 2019 Lynch and Rollins announced their engagement.
In addition, dating Cavallari, who shares three children with Cutler, it seems like he won’t be scared of her single mom status. According to Us Weekly, over the summer, he joked about how much he enjoyed dating women with children.
“I like dating women who have kids because they’re already going to all the places I was gonna go. They’ll tell me their day like ‘we are getting breakfast, going to the water park, then getting ice cream’ I’m like me too! Shot gun!” he quipped.

As for Cavallari’s relationship with her former husband, the couple revealed in their divorce announcement that they would remain dedicated to their kids and strive for a civil co-parenting relationship with one another.
“We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of. This is just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family,” Cavallari and Cutler wrote in their joint statement.
