Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith are being investigated by Child Protective Services after a photo of their 13-year-old daughter Willow Smith in bed with 20-year-old Moises Arias was posted online.

Will and Jada released a statement revealing that there was nothing sexual about the photo, and that they trust their daughter. However, many fans/parents were outraged by the picture.
“The investigation was formally opened last week and is being taken very seriously by the department,” an insider told Radar Online. “Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren’t happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand.”
Long process for Will and Jada
It looks like Will and Jada are in for a long process while being investigated by Child Protective Services that will last at least a month and include multiple visits from social workers.
“Social workers will also be talking separately with Willow, and they also want to talk to the young man in the picture with her as well. This won’t just be one or two visits with the family, and it will likely be an open investigation for at least a month, out of an abundance of caution,” the source added.
