Will Taylor Swift Sue Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Over Snapchat Videos?

Taylor Swift is having a rough couple of weeks when it comes to online feuds. The singer was called out hard by her ex-boyfriend, Calvin Harris, in a pretty epic rant and then only days later was slammed by Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

Taylor Swift Could Sue Kim Kardashian and Kanye West for Snapchat Videos

As previously reported by Hollywood News Daily, Taylor Swift’s beef with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West came after Taylor spoke out about Kanye’s derogatory lyrics against in her his song, “Famous,” and then used a manufactured nude image of her in the video for the song.

Later, Kim Kardashian brutally slammed Swift in an interview and recently released Snapchat videos of Kanye talking to Taylor on the phone about the lyrics before the song was released. Well, it looks like Taylor knew about the videos months again, and even took legal action against Kimye to keep them from going public.

TMZ reports that Taylor Swift’s lawyer sent Kanye’s attorney a letter back in February and made it clear that under California law anyone who secretly records a telephone conversation with another party is committing a criminal offense, and it’s a felony!

The Feud Is Getting Uglier By The Day

The legal documents states “Demand is hereby made that you immediately destroy all such recordings, provide us of assurance that this has been done, and also assurance that these recordings have not been previously disseminated.”

However, Kim Kardashian posted the video records of Kanye West’s telephone conversation with Taylor Swift anyway, and it could cause her to be in some serious hot water. Taylor could file a lawsuit against Kardashian and West for violating the law.

It looks like this celebrity feud could get even more ugly if Swift wants to pursue her right to file suit against Kimye. We’ll be keeping an eye on this situation…
