Yellowstone Season 5 spoilers are a hot topic among fans, and some viewers think they’ve figured out a shocking plot twist that could spice up the series in a big way.  Fans of the show love to share their opinions online. They also enjoy critiquing the show and revealing their theories via social media. Season 5 seemingly has fans torn as it’s been a bit slow-moving. However, with part two of the season set to premiere sometime in 2023, a huge cliffhanger could be in store for viewers.

Currently, Yellowstone Season 5 appears to be setting up some big conflicts for the future. Beth is determined to ruin Jamie, especially after she found out about his secret son. Meanwhile, Jamie wants to take down his adoptive father John Dutton. Jamie’s looking to get his father out of the picture. That way he can take the role of Governor of Montana for himself.

However, a big shocker could have a huge impact on the Dutton family forever. Some fans via Twitter have speculated that a surprise pregnancy may shake things up. Beth may be the obvious guess for having an unexpected pregnancy. However, she heartbreakingly had a forceful hysterectomy as a teenager when Jamie took her for an abortion on the Native American reservation.

However, John Dutton’s on-again, off-again fling, Summer Higgins, is another story. Currently, Summer is living at the Dutton Ranch as a stipulation of her house arrest. She’s also getting intimate with John. Having Summer get pregnant with John’s child would be stunning for viewers. It would also shock the Dutton family. John has a volatile relationship with many of his children.

His oldest son, Lee, tragically died in the pilot episode. He’s admitted to regretting adopting Jamie, and Kayce seems less than enthusiastic about inheriting the ranch. Meanwhile, Beth doesn’t care much about her family’s legacy. She’s been vocal about wanting to please her father.

If Yellowstone Season 5 spoilers and fan theories are correct and Summer does get pregnant, there will likely be a huge rift within the family. Beth would be furious that her father got Summer pregnant. It would likely also be hard for her to see Summer pregnant since she can’t have children of her own. Meanwhile, it may also be tough for Kayce and his wife Monica, who are still mourning the loss of their newborn son.

How would a new Dutton baby impact the family and the Yellowstone ranch?

Another Dutton baby would also cement Summer into the family, as well as raise many questions about the future. How would John handle becoming a father again? Would he favor his younger child over his older ones, or his grandchildren?

While nothing has been confirmed,  fans believe it may be intriguing to see what would happen if Summer did get pregnant. “I don’t see Yellowstone doing a pregnancy storyline unless its’ Summer’s!” one fan tweeted following Monica’s heartbreaking tragedy. “I wonder if Summer is pregnant with John’s baby,” another person commented.

Yellowstone Season 5 spoilers have been few and far between. It seems that fans will have to continue watching the series to see if Summer does get pregnant, and what comes next for the Dutton family.
