“Yellowstone” Season 5 has already aired the first part. Sadly, after the first half of the season ended, news that the show had been canceled was also announced. After months of speculation about the future of the show and actor Kevin Costner’s involvement in the wildly popular series, it was revealed that it was all coming to an end. Spoilers suggest that characters may die, but which ones will be losing their lives?
Of course, nothing is confirmed. However, “Yellowstone” fans have a feeling that the series will end with some brutal storylines. In the first half of Season 5, Jamie, Beth, and John seemed to be ready to go to war with one another. This could be the main plotline for the final episodes. If so, all three of the Dutton family members are at risk of death.
Yellowstone Season 5 spoilers: Which characters will die?
Jamie Dutton (Wes Bentley) is one character that many believe will die in Season 5. Jamie has been the villain of the family for several seasons. However, in the most recent episodes, he’s been ready to completely turn against his family members. As previously reported by Hollywood News Daily, actor Wes Bentley revealed he believes the series will end with violence and blood.
In addition, John Dutton (Kevin Costner) seems like a likely candidate to die in “Yellowstone” Season 5. The family thrives off of John’s leadership, whether they agree with it or not. John has a lot of enemies. Other characters such as Summer, Lloyd, Kaycie, Monica, Walker, and Ryan could also find themselves caught in the crossfire of the Dutton family war.
Are Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler safe?
Of course, the two characters whose deaths would really shock fans would be Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler. The couple have already been through so much and when fans last saw them they were gearing up for a bit of a separation. Their love story is one of the best parts of the series. If one of them were to die, it would be absolutely gut-wrenching for viewers.
Meanwhile, some fans are hoping that anyone who survives the “Yellowstone” Season 5 finale may be seen in a spin-off series. Currently, it’s unclear how the show might come to an official end. However, fans can’t wait to find out what’s in store for their favorite characters. No matter what happens, it is sure to be one wild ride as fans watch the show’s swan song.
