The Sopranos’ Blue-ray box set available in November

The Sopranos will be available in November in a full series Blu-ray box set for the first time.

This is great marketing considering that The Sopranos is still HBO’s most watched series to date, seven years after it aired it’s last and final episode.

This will be the first time the hit award-winning made for cable series will be available in it’s entirety, and will surly be on the 2014 Christmas list of many fans this holiday season.

The 86-episode of the Blu-ray box set of The Sopranos will feature five hours of bonus content for fans, with never before seen cut scenes and commentary from the cast and crew.

Bonus extras never before seen in The Sopranos’ box set

As an added bonus The Sopranos’ fans will be able to enjoy an unreleased documentary titled’ Defining a Television Landmark.”

The Sopranos’ creator David Chase and star mob boss Tony Soprano,(the late James Gandolfini) interviews will be included.

Gandolfini sadly passed away in June of 2013 after suffering a fatal heart attack while on vacation with his family.

The HBO made for cable drama aired weekly from 1999-2007 winning 60 awards throughout it’s run, including 21 Emmy Awards and five Golden Globes.

The Sopranos is the fictional story revolving around the mob and family life of New Jersey mafia leader Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini), as he tries to balance the difficulties he faces in his home life and his criminal organization.

Will you be buying The Sopranos on Blu-ray for your collection this November, or wait hoping that HBO soon releases the rights to stream the show to Netflix?
